I was looking around for an e-bike and was calling several different shops in Omaha and Council Bluffs. I happened to call True Wheel, as I was researching shops that sold them. When I called True Wheel and spoke with Steve, he took a good deal of time explaining how he makes ebikes from a regular bike. I'm so glad I decided to let him make one for me. I've rode a few in the past, one being a hub and one mid gear drive from the Trek store. Both were so nice and so much fun. Both were 200-300 w motors After I received my new 750w mid gear drive that Steve made me, I was shocked at how much better mine was next to these other ones I've rode. I can safely say, 3x as powerful as the Trek from the Bike Rack and not too much more in money. I'm glad I accidentally stumbled in to these guys at True Wheel. Personally, I never go to Council Bluffs for anything. It was a fluke that I even called over there. Glad I did

Had rear wheel problem on our tandem while riding out to start of RAGBRAI. Dennis ordered new wheel and had it next day and mounted on bike same day even though they were very busy. Was very grateful for the fast service.
